There is keen relationship between mind, memory and yoga for memory improving. A proper balance between these is a good choice. Creativity, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking skills are compromised. Whether you’re studying, working, or trying to solve life’s many demands, sleep deprivation is a signal for destruction.Every success in the past are well planned, therefore without rigid plan and framework nothing can be done to improve memory. We have to do our work in time, never procrastinate and properly manage time. We have to protect our mind from degenerative activities like drugs, fighting and quarreling and unnecessary behaviors.
