- It is better to do Yoga with empty stomach, early in the morning.( most essential precaution) You should wait at least 4 hours after eating meal, before attending yoga practices.
- After completing Yoga practices, it is better to wait about half an hour before eating anything.
- Your clothes must be loose and comfortable to assist enough for Yoga performance.
- Starting from 20 minutes and extending up to 90, you can do this in a routinely manner.
- Avoid Yoga and meditation in a closed and crowed place. It is highly beneficial to practice in peaceful, clean, warm and well-ventilated apartment
- It is safe to practice yoga procedures only after urination and defecation.
- Remove glasses from your eyes and place in a safe place.
- Women should not do difficult exercises during mensuration and Pregnancy periods to avoid any probable dangers.
- People having cardiac disorders and patients of high blood pressure are not recommended to incline their head downward. This can complicate their problems.
- Each Posture should be increased from time duration of 15 seconds to 3 minutes gradually.
- Yoga increases flexibility of our body. But forceful bending of inflexible body may harm you.
- Those persons who are eager to learn Yoga but at the same time, are victim of any long term disease should consult related experts before beginning yoga.
- Yoga do not meet your goal instantaneously. It takes about 4 to 6 months to bring any material change in your health, stamina, mental vigor and many other benefits.
- While doing meditation, individuals having cardiovascular disease, respiratory disorder, Insomnia and weak memory, should not stop breath in the lungs.
